Withdrawal And Dismissal

In Case the student has to be withdrawn before the end of the academic year, a month’s notice prior to the withdrawal must be given in writing or a month’s fees in lieu of notice is to be paid.

The leaving (transfer) certificate will be given on a “search fee” of Rs. 500/-.

No leaving certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full and that too only on receipt of written application from the parent / guardian.

If a student leaves school without informing the school authority and comes back at a latter period for T.C., he/she has to pay fee for 3 months to get the T.C.

Students whose attendance is irregular, who do not pay their fees, who are habitually late or absent, lazy or disobedient and whose conduct is injurious to the moral tone of the school or incompatible with strict discipline, may be dismissed.

Admission

Parents & Guardians seeking admission are requested to collect the application forms from the school office.

Admission is given to candidate on the basis of performance in the admission test.

They will be examined on the syllabus of the class immediately below that to which they seek admission.

Students passing the admission test only will be given admission forms or as decided by the principal of the school.

Parents / Guardians are asked to fill in the admission forms with utmost accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted.

New candidates must be introduced personally to the principal by the one who will be responsible for his / her conduct and fees.
